I would like to take this opportunity to thank you both for the effort you have made in installing and training us on your Move Administer software.
The transition for us has been relatively seamless (as you promised). This is largely due to your excellent telephone support and upgrade facility.
The benefits of your system to our business have been considerable, in particular the ability to e-mail quotes, letters and invoices.
An example of one of the benefits came to my attention only last week whilst preparing the storage invoice run. Having just pressed the button to commence the print run, I was watching the screen skipping through the individual invoices as they were printed, when I answered a telephone call from a customer who wished to pay his June storage invoice. I could not understand how he wished to pay a bill that I had only generated 5 minutes earlier. It was then that I realised he was one of our few storage customers who were on e-mail and that the e-mail had just arrived on his computer and he had decided to pay it there and then. Rest assured I will be converting as many of my storage customers to e-mails soon as possible.

We are pleased to announce our Move Administer, Shipping Administer and Commercial Administer user guides have now been shipped to all customers.
The user guides (our light bedtime reading matter) have been well received by all, with a very positive response.
Congratulations are in order to all at BCL, this year’s winners of the Commercial Mover of the Year cup!

John Lomas Removals of Cannock, Staffordshire are the latest company to have ordered and installed Move Administer.
Despite never having a previous computer system in place, installation and training on Move Administer took place over a two day period and as predicted with no complications or problems arising.
John Lomas Removals are looking to go ‘live’ early in July.
Today we received proofs of our product user guides!
Not only do we provide our customers with full online help and Adobe Acrobat PDF manuals, we now have a full range of printed user guides covering all aspects of Move Administer, including additional modules.
At present our guides consist of a 382 page Move Administer – User Guide 1 of 2, a 378 page Move Administer – User Guide 2 of 2, a 224 page Move Administer – Options Guide, a 206 page Shipping Administer – User Guide and a 106 page Commercial Administer – User Guide, and users should begin to receive their product user guides from June onwards!
Our Survey Administer – User Guide will be sent for proofing during May.
It is our intention to update our product user guides twice a year, and due to the on-demand printing arrangement we have with our suppliers our customers can order from our website new releases of our product user guides as they are available, as well as ordering additional copies for various departments within their company.
I am pleased to announce the release of Survey Administer, a surveying and sales system designed specifically for the Tablet PC.
The aim of Survey Administer is to replace the folder that most surveyors take with them during their surveys, whether they use it to record specific notes about the property, customer requirements, a full inventory of items, or even just as a sales presentation aid. Survey Administer does all of this and much more!
At the time of publishing, Survey Administer is currently in use at: David Dale Removals, Banburys Removals, Britannia Sandersteads of Surrey, Britannia Bradshaw International.

Britannia Ryans are the latest company to go live on Move Administer.
Following last week’s installation at two Britannia sites (Lanes of Devon and Lanes of Cornwall), another Britannia member, Britannia Ryans Move International, have followed suit and are now live on Move Administer.
Two days training were provided at their London offices, with day one consisting of training all staff members and day two being ‘live‘ day.
Yet another ex-client, Britannia Lanes of Cornwall, have transfered to Move Administer !
Directly following the 2 day installation and training at Britannia Lanes of Devon, 2 days were spent installing Move Administer and providing the necessary training in order to go ‘live’!
Installation and training was provided at the very impressive offices in Truro, Cornwall.
Training was provided to all 10 users covering the ins and outs of Move Administer.
Britannia Lanes of Devon are the latest company to go live on Move Administer.
Installation and training took place over a two day period at their offices in Exeter, Devon.
Training was provided to all members of staff covering all aspects of Move Administer in order for going ‘live’ on the second day.
