OCR Level 2 NVQ in Customer Service Awards

OCROCR (Oxford Cambridge and RSA Examinations) Level 2 NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) in Customer Service has been awarded to both Colin Wynn and Richard Leach of Administer Software Limited!

The course was completed at our offices over a 6 month period and covered units in: preparing yourself to deliver good customer service, provide customer service within the rules, recognising and dealing with customer queries, request and problems, giving customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation, dealing with customers by telephone, delivering reliable customer service and deleloping customer relationships.

    Far too long Neil as you’re fully aware 🙂

    We just wanted to ensure that the customer service we offer is of high value, we found this a walk in the park to be honest 🙂
