We have now created scripts to enable Move Administer to import internet sales leads from emails received from the BAR (British Association of Removers) website.
The scripts can import the Contact a Remover Enquiry into an Internet Enquiry and the Quick Estimate and Advanced Estimate into a Customer Enquiry at the press of a button.
If you’re a user of Move Administer and use the internet sales leads feature on the BAR’s website then please contact us in order to enable this feature for you.
A collective order of 10 x Viliv X70 Premiums was recently received, ordered, configured, updated and dispatched!
The order, organised by Angus Russell of Britannia Lanes of Somerset came from Britannia Lanes of Cornwall, Britannia Lanes of Devon, Britannia Lanes of Somerset, Britannia Sandersteads, Britannia Reeves, Britannia Ryans and Britannia Bearsbys, with the latter three also requiring Survey Administer.
Once the Viliv’s arrived over 80 Windows XP updated were installed on each, together with the latest release of Survey Administer.
Administer Software Limited are pleased to announce that after much deliberation Survey Administer Desktop will enter development in the coming weeks.
There has been interest from companies that have their own office management system but don’t have a tool to assist the surveryor. Survey Administer Desktop will allow the entry of a new customer enquiry and the scheduling of the appointment. This information can then be exported to Survey Administer for use by the surveyor at the time of survey.
Information can then be exported from Survey Administer and back into Survey Administer Desktop where the information can be kept, edited and printed.
Pricing will start at £1,000 + VAT for a single user Survey Administer Desktop complete with a single user Survey Administer, rising to £1,500 + VAT for a multi user Survey Administer Desktop complete with a single user Survey Administer. Additional Survey Administer users are available for £500 + VAT each.
Please keep checking back for updates.
Importing email enquiries into Move Administer as a Customer, Internet Enquiry or *Baggage Enquiry (*Shipping Administer users only) directly from Microsoft Outlook is a feature that has been around for a few months now and is successfully used by several of our customers saving hours of unnecessary retyping of information.
Now we’ve created a script that can read the email sent by none other than UK Removal, a lead generating website. UK Removal supplies quality sales leads in real time, and you can receive your first 5 sales leads free of charge. You can easily track the results of their service and you only pay for valid sales leads. There are no fixed cost, no set-up cost, no subscription cost and the service can be stopped at any time.
If you require this template on your Move Administer then please contact us.

Great news, our Apple iPad has arrived!
With Apple recently announcing that the European iPad had been delayed by up to a month, we decided to purchase one from eBay. Ideally we would have liked a 64Gig version, but in the end settled for a 32Gig version complete with Apple’s iPad Keyboard Dock and Apple’s iPad Case.
Our initial thoughts are, IT’S WICKED! Now all we need is a bit more time to purchase and install many of the iPad apps available today, as all iPhone apps are already compatible!
More to follow…
