Product User Guides Are Shipped

The user guides (our light bedtime reading matter) have been well received by all, with a very positive response.

Product User Guides

Administer Software LtdToday we received proofs of our product user guides!

Not only do we provide our customers with full online help and Adobe Acrobat PDF manuals, we now have a full range of printed user guides covering all aspects of Move Administer, including additional modules.

Move Administer VolumeAt present our guides consist of a 382 page Move Administer – User Guide 1 of 2, a 378 page Move Administer – User Guide 2 of 2, a 224 page Move Administer – Options Guide, a 206 page Shipping Administer – User Guide and a 106 page Commercial Administer – User Guide, and users should begin to receive their product user guides from June onwards!

Product User GuidesOur Survey Administer – User Guide will be sent for proofing during May.

It is our intention to update our product user guides twice a year, and due to the on-demand printing arrangement we have with our suppliers our customers can order from our website new releases of our product user guides as they are available, as well as ordering additional copies for various departments within their company.

LogMeIn Rescue is a web-based, on-demand remote support solution that provides temporary, permission-based access to remote PCs for faster and more efficient resolution that yields higher customer satisfaction levels.

LogMeIn Rescue enables real-time remote control of a customer’s computer – anywhere in the world with an Internet connection, without being blocked by corporate firewalls or requiring administrative rights to install software on the remote PC. No previous relationship with the system is required, but permission from the end user is – LogMeIn Rescue is specifically designed for “attended” support of remote PCs. The result is a secure, on-demand solution that gives support organisations the ability to handle more incidents more quickly, thus delivering higher service levels.

Microsoft Office 2007

Microsoft Office Professional 2007After recently installing Microsoft Windows Vista, we thought we would have a go at installing a beta 2 version of Microsoft Office Professional 2007.

Our first impression of Office 2007 is that it has changed dramatically, but for the better. All menu’s are now displayed in groups instead of old school menu items making it easier and quicker to navigate through the software. But don’t take our word for it, take a look at the screen shots below, taken when exporting from Move Administer:

Microsoft Vista

Microsoft Windows VistaWe have recently installed and tested a beta 2 version of the new Microsoft Windows, Vista.

We found Move Administer runs perfectly as expected with no problems. The new look and feel of Vista makes Move Administer look even more impressive!

For each referral, which results in a sale of Move Administer, we will give you a cheque for 10% commission of the nett software order*, including additional user licences and modules placed at the time of order. On a single user referral that’s £300!!!

Terms & Conditions
1. The referrer must be listed on the purchase order form.
2. Referral commissions only apply to referrals of new business. No referral commission will be paid on system upgrades.
3. Referral commissions will only be paid to current supported customers of Administer Software Limited.
4. Should more than one company be listed as the referrer then the referral commission will be split equally amongst those listed.
5. Referral commissions will be paid in £GBP.
6. Referral commissions will only be paid once the order has been paid in full.
7. Referral commissions can be used against system upgrades and support renewals.
