We migrated from Remstar 1 (thereby avoiding Remstar 2) to Move Administer<\/strong> in April 2008 and currently have a 3 user system. The conversion of our data went very smoothly and we were impressed by the ease and speed with which the transition was achieved.<\/p>\n

We have always received courteous and prompt attention with regard to requests for assistance and have found that Colin<\/strong> and Richard<\/strong> are very patient with our limited IT knowledge. It has been very effective to have the facility to request a support technician on line which allows them to control Move Administer<\/strong> so that they can “see” the exact problem instead of having to deal with queries over the telephone. This method is also very useful for receiving updates out of hours which avoids the need for downtime during the working day.<\/p>\n

We are pleased that any suggestions for additional or improved features are welcomed and implemented if possible and the programme continues to evolve and improve.<\/p>\n

We continue to receive regular contact from Administer Software Limited<\/strong>, unlike other companies who seem to become very distant once they have made a sale.<\/p>\n

We have found the system to be very user friendly and would have no hesitation recommending Move Administer<\/strong> and the team to other Removers.<\/p>\n
