NVQ<\/strong> <em>(National Vocational Qualification)<\/em> <strong>in Customer Service<\/strong> has been awarded to both <strong>Colin Wynn<\/strong> and <strong>Richard Leach<\/strong> of <strong>Administer Software Limited!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The course was completed at our offices over a 6 month period and covered units in: preparing yourself to deliver good customer service, provide customer service within the rules, recognising and dealing with customer queries, request and problems, giving customers a positive impression of yourself and your organisation, dealing with customers by telephone, delivering reliable customer service and deleloping customer relationships.<\/p>\n<p>Many thanks to Jenny from <strong><a title=\"Highbury College\"
