Open only to it&#8217;s members the scoring system was comprehensive and to ensure objectivity and fairness the whole process was overseen and validated by the Office of Fair Trading.<\/p>\n<p>Chris Smallwood, National Group Chairman said &#8220;<em>The DMOTY 2009 Competition has proved a real success.
