Clockwork Budget expand again!
Less than two weeks after expanding the number of users and going live, Clockwork Budget have purchased the Move Administer’s Commercial Module.
Clockwork Budget expand system and go live!
8 weeks after installation and training, Clockwork Budget of Park Royal, London, have expanded their 6 user Move Administer system to 10 users and gone live!
During the last 8 weeks they have been learning and fine tuning the system to their requirements, including stationery changes.
Britannia Ryans jump to Move Administer!
Another old client jumping ship is Britannia Ryans of North West London, has chosen to purchase a 3 user, single trading name system complete with the shipping module.
Installation and training is scheduled for May/June.
3 days of training at Ward Thomas Removals were split into 3 individual days.
Day 1, Friday, was spent with Colin fine tuning the Options of Move Administer, and Richard running around each member of staff answering any last minute questions, as Monday was ‘live‘ day!
At the end of Day 1, Colin left with a copy of all the data that required converting ready for Day 2 onsite, the following Monday.
Day 2, Monday, was spent with Colin and Richard holding everyone’s hand, ensuring that no mistakes were being made on ‘live‘ day.
Day 3, some 10 days after ‘live‘ date was spent with Colin and Richard checking that everyone is getting on well with the system and dealing with any obscure questions arising from the past 10 days.
David Dale Removals goes live!
Due to the simplicity of Move Administer, David has decided against the need for onsite training.
The data from his previous system was downloaded to our server mid afternoon on the Saturday and uploaded back on Sunday morning, after a few hours of data convertion and a full system check.
Holdsworths moved into their new shop front on a Monday, 24 hours later Colin arrived to install and provide 2 days of training on Move Administer to eager staff, and 24 hours after that they went live!
While Tuesday was a crash course on using Move Administer, Wednesday was spent entering existing clients and ensuring that balances matched with those from the manual paper records before entering storage clients, new quotations and matching up the appointments diary.
Another Remstar user changes to Move Administer!
David Dale Removals of Harrogate has chosen to purchase a 3 user, single trading name system with the Shipping module.
Having been part of our beta testing group for a few months now David has chosen not to have training due to the system’s ease of use, and therefore has a ‘live‘ date of mid March!
A major coup for us is the order from Ward-Thomas Removals of Park Royal, London!
Ward-Thomas Removals were after a system that was not only superior to their current systems, but could also amalgamate 3 companies that were running Remstar. As we offer a data convertion tool we were able to offer the easiest data transfer from one system to another, eliminating any potential loss in data.
Ward-Thomas Removals have been a beta tester since the Summer of 2005.
The order consisted of a 26 user, 5 trading name system encompassing the Shipping and Commercial modules, with an installation, training and ‘live‘ date set for March!
New premises, new computer system!!!
Having just relocated their office to a shop front on Harrogate Road in Leeds, Holdsworths Removals & Storage decided that the time was right to invest in the company’s first IT system, finally ditching the old typewriter!!!
After a demonstration back in January it was soon decided that Move Administer would handle their requirements with ease.
Holdsworths ordered a 2 user, single company system with an installation, training and ‘live‘ date scheduled for early March, which would make them the fastest ‘new’ client to go live, 24 hours after their first training session – now thats a credit to how easy Move Administer really is to implement!
